If you’re a Caesar salad lover like me, you know the struggle of finding a good dairy-free Caesar dressing at the grocery store. After going dairy-free, I found myself constantly disappointed by the lack of options. Then, I stumbled upon this recipe and, after one try, it became a staple. Not only is it simple enough for any skill level, but everyone who’s tried it agrees—it’s way better than any store-bought Caesar dressing!
Ingredients:
- 3 cloves of peeled garlic
- 1 can of anchovies (do not drain juice)
- 1/2 cup mayo (I like to use Chosen Foods Classic Mayo made with 100% Pure Avocado Oil)
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
- add pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor (or a blender) until smooth
- Enjoy!
