PROVISION / Phoenix, AZ

PROVISION is one of Phoenix’s most aesthetically pleasing coffee shops. The two-story space is filled with lush greenery, creating a modern greenhouse vibe that feels inviting. Stunning murals of birds and flowers adorn the walls, adding an artistic touch to the space. While the coffee could have had a stronger flavor, the food truly stole the show. PROVISION a must-try for anyone visiting Phoenix.

Windmill Coffee, located at the charming Strawberry Inn, is easily one of Arizona’s most unique coffee shops. Housed in a windmill, this adorable stand changes with the seasons, offering festive decorations and seasonal drinks. It’s the perfect spot to grab a morning coffee while staying in Strawberry or driving through. Although the drinks leaned a bit sweet for my taste, Windmill Coffee offers a one-of-a-kind, aesthetic coffee experience in the heart of this quaint town.

Tucked behind Pueblo, a plant shop in Downtown Phoenix, Caffio is one of Arizona’s most aesthetic coffee shops. This hidden gem is a must-visit, especially if you’re exploring Downtown Phoenix. If the outdoor heat gets intense, you can cool off inside and browse Pueblo’s eclectic collection of plants, gifts, and unique knick-knacks—making it a truly unique stop.

aftermarket / Phoenix, AZ

I recently went to aftermarket, and I was obsessed with the industrial vibes. This trendy coffee shop in Downtown Phoenix showcases an array of art pieces and merchandise, in addition to a film lab, adding to the creative atmosphere. It’s a coffee shop I’d return to in a heartbeat—just for the vibes alone.

Steadfast Coffee / Mesa, AZ

Steadfast Farm’s coffee shop, Steadfast Coffee, is a true gem in the East Valley. Located in an adorable white barn with “Coffee & Tacos” written on the side, it’s an Instagram-worthy spot that’s perfect for a weekend visit. While I haven’t made it there early enough to try the tacos—they sell out quickly—it’s definitely on my list for next time!
